Sunset Trivia LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) hosts trivia events at venues in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah, and operates www.sunsettrivia.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and the fact that we use it solely to run our events and send you marketing and email communications about them. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

When you sign up for a trivia event, join our mailing list, or use the Site, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and team/venue preferences. We do not collect this information for any purpose beyond what's described below.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to operate our events (e.g., registration, scoring) and to send you marketing emails and updates about upcoming trivia nights, venues, and promotions. We may share information with service providers who help us run events or send emails on our behalf (e.g., an email platform), but we do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Every marketing email we send identifies itself as such, includes our physical mailing address, and provides a working unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by clicking that link or replying; we will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
